Please select the payment option for your e4 chat subscription, make
sure you enter the correct Alias you wish to pay for.
This is a one time payment, and will not be an automatic
recurring payment.
Then click the Submit button to confirm your payment options.
Additional Notes on Paypal registration
When you are presented with the Paypal page, if you have never used Paypal
before, you must create a new Paypal account by
clicking the link that
says "If you have never paid through Paypal, click here", then enter your credit card or debit card
information. If you already have a Paypal account simply login to it where it
says "Paypal Login".
International users please note you must select the link that says "Outside the US" next to the zip code box
to select your country.
Occasionally if Paypal cannot verify your address they will go through a verification process which involves
charging your credit card $1.95, which you will get back the first time you use your account.
So please make sure the address you type in is the correct credit card billing address.
e4 Networks LLC will not see your credit card number or your address, so you are safe.
Refund Policy
e4 Networks LLC will refund the full amount of your subscription if
the request is made via email to
(or via e4 chat Instant message to Support) within 29 days of the
payment, this will immediately cancel the account.
In the event the e4 chat service voluntarily shuts down before your
subscription term has ended, e4 Networks LLC will refund the pro rate
amount of your subscription to your Paypal account, if the subscription was for
3 months or longer.
Pro rate means the number of full months left on your subscription
divided by the number of months you paid for times the amount you paid (less 30 cents + 2.9% (3.9% for international users) of the total amount originally
paid, which is the non-refundable fee Paypal charged e4).
