If you have an automatic recurring subscription you may cancel it by logging into your Paypal account and select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the cancel subscription button at the bottom of the page.

Manual payment accounts

If you do not have a recurring payment, and made a one time payment (not a recurring subscription), you must email or send an e4 chat Instant message to Support requesting your account be cancelled. Also if you do not renew your account when it becomes due, it will automatically be cancelled after a period of time.
